Phone Covers & Painted Walls
This weekend I went to visit my friends and family! I got to see my sweet little nephew again he was doing huge smiles in his sleep it was very cute. Then I got to see a friends of mine that I haven't been able to hangout with for a long time. We have been friends since before kindergarten and we were attached at the hip for years and years. I don't have kids and she has three so it's sometimes hard to get together because I'm busy with work and shes busy with her kids. We got to have a really good long visit this weekend which was really nice. Those were the two highlights of my trip. Also one of my brothers moved into a new place and painted the walls in a really cool way pictured above and below.

My husband just got a new cell for work and it a has a keypad for texting that flips out and it kept on getting dirty. I saw that someone made a cover that looked like a Nintendo controller and I thought I would give it a try. It turned out not that bad but I think next time I will use felt like they did and not a wool sweater.

Teal Clutch
I for some reason keep on buying strapless dresses I am always self conscious in them and uncomfortable. A couple of years ago I went shopping for a dress to wear to a friends wedding. I went to RW & Co. and found this beautiful dark teal empire waist tea length dress. I ended up wearing a different dress that I already owned to the wedding because I felt a lot more comfortable. It has been hanging out in my closet since I bought it. Since it is so pretty I haven't been able to bring myself to get rid of it or use it for a sewing project...until now! I made a pretty little clutch out of the top. I think it turned out really cute so I have been continuing it by making copys of it. I am also working on two other ones right now and they are also forsale on Etsy!
